Strawberry Bread #2 Recipe

Ingredients:
3 cup: all-purpose flour,
1 teaspoon: baking soda,
1 teaspoon: salt,
1 tablespoon: cinnamon,
2 cup: sugar,
4: eggs, beaten,
2 cup: frozen strawberries, thawed,
1 1/2 cup: cooking oil,
1 1/4 cup: chopped pecans,
Directions:
Sift the dry ingredients together. Combine the eggs, strawberries,
and oil and add to the dry ingredients. Add pecans. Bake in a 325
oven for about 1 hour.
Makes 4 small or 2 large loaves.
