Ingredients:
2 cup: cider vinegar,
24 oz: beer,
4 tablespoon: achiote paste,
2 tablespoon: black pepper,
1 tablespoon: granulated garlic,
3 tablespoon: pequin pepper flakes,
2 tablespoon: dry mustard,
1/4 cup: ground new mexican chile,
1 tablespoon: oregano,
1 tablespoon: cumin seed -- roasted and,
1: ground,
4 tablespoon: trappeys mexi-pep or tabasco,

2 tablespoon: kosher salt,
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a non reactive bowl. Use as a marinade or mop.
