Macaroni, Hamburger & Tomatoe Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
2 lb: ground beef,
1/2 cup: chopped onion,
1 clove: garlic, minced,
2: 1 pound cn tomatoes,
1 cup: tomatoe juice,
1/4 teaspoon: ea salt & pepper,
1/2 teaspoon: dried oregano,
1 teaspoon: chili powder optional,
2 cup: uncooked elbow macaroni,

Directions:
Brown meat, onions and garlic in skillet and drain.
Combine tomatoes, tomato juice,and 1-1/2 C water in crockpot.Add
drained meat, onionsgarlic salt and stir in seasonings. Mix well and
cook on low 6-8 hours. Stir in uncooked macaroni and continue cooking
2-3 hours, until macaroni is tender. Jean Allen
