Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb: beef stew meat, cubed, or
2 lb: hamburger,
1 can: tomato sauce (8oz),
1 can: tomato paste (6oz),
1 can: stewed tomatoes (16oz), optional
2 tablespoon: chili powder,
1 1/2 teaspoon: salt,
1 teaspoon: hot pepper sauce, more if like it hot
Directions:
Place all the ingredients in cooker, mix thoroughly, cover. Cook on
low for 8-10 hours. Serves four real hungrey people or six regular
