Saucy Meat Loaves Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb: ground beef,
1 cup: breadcrumbs, soft,
1 medium: onion, finely chopped
1: egg, beaten
1 1/4 teaspoon: salt,
1/4 teaspoon: pepper,
1 cup: tomato sauce, divided
2 tablespoon: sugar, brown,
2 tablespoon: vinegar,
2 tablespoon: mustard, prepared,
1/2 cup: water,
1: rice, hot, cooked
Directions:
Combine first 6 ingredients and 1/2 cup tomato sauce in a large mixing
bowl; mix well, and shape into 6 individual meat loaves. Place in a
greased 9" square baking pan.
Combine 1/2 cup tomato sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, mustard, and
wate; mix well, and pour over meat loaves. Bake at 350 degrees for
35 to 40 minutes, basting occasionally. Serve on rice.
