Sherry Marinade Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: cream sherry*,
1/2 cup: soy sauce,
1 cup: water,
1/3 cup: honey,
2: garlic cloves, minced,
1 pinch: red pepper flakes, optional,
Directions:
Combine all ingredients until well blended. Before add to the meat, stir
well to be sure honey is combined with other ingredients and has not
settled to bottom. Its a good idea to stir while marinating for the same
reason. Yield: 2 cups.
*To substitute dry sherry for cream sherry, increase the honey to 1/2 cup.
