Ingredients:
2 lb: venison,
1 teaspoon: coarsely ground pepper,
2 large: potatoes, diced,
1 can: tomato sauce,
4: carrots, diced,
3 tablespoon: chunky peanut butter,
1 cup: red table wine,
2 teaspoon: soy sauce,
2 medium: onions, chopped,
1: beef broth to cover,
2: bay leaves,
1 clove: garlic, minced,
1 1/2 teaspoon: salt,
1 teaspoon: thyme,
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cook on low for 8 hours
and 15 minutes. Serve with cornbread.
