Butterscotch Custard Pie Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: brown sugar,
3: eggs,
3 cup: milk,
1/2 teaspoon: salt,
1/4 teaspoon: nutmeg,
1: unbaked pie shell,

Directions:
Beat eggs well, add sugar and milk, salt and nutmeg. Pour into
unbaked pie shell. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes to set pastry, then reduce
heat to 325 degrees for about 30 minutes, or until custard is done.
