Cauliflower Lima Bean Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
2 slice: bacon, cut in 1 squares
3 cup: water,
2 cup: cooked fresh lima beans, chopped
1 cup: cauliflower, cut in sm pieces
1/2 small: onion, chopped
1/4 teaspoon: garlic salt,
1/2 teaspoon: dried parsley, or 1 tsp fresh
1/8 teaspoon: marjoram,
2 tablespoon: flour, blended with
2 tablespoon: water,
1: salt and pepper,
Directions:
Cook bacon until browned and drain off fat [or not- JW]. Add the
water, chopped lima beans, cauliflower, onion and seasonings. Cook
until the cauliflower is almost tender - 10 min. Gradually stir in
flour and water paste; add salt and pepper to taste. Continue cooking
until cauliflower is tender.
