Swordfish & Halibut Steak Duxelles Recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 cup: butter, melted
2 tablespoon: parsley, chopped
1/4 cup: green onion, chopped
1 cup: mushrooms, fine chopped
2 tablespoon: lemon juice,
4 each: fish steaks, 1 inch thick

Directions:
Turbot and Salmon are also suitable. Mix butter, parsley, green onion,
mushrooms and lemon juice. Spread half of mixture in bottom of a
baking dish. Arrange 4 fish steaks on top and add desired seasoning.
Cover with remaining mixture. Cover and microwave at high 6-8
minutes. Let stand covered 2 minutes.

Yield: 4 servings
