Ingredients:
1 cup: sugar,
2 tablespoon: unbleached flour,
1 cup: cold water,
5 tablespoon: vinegar,
2 1/2 tablespoon: butter,
4 large: eggs, beaten,

Directions:
Combine sugar and flour. Add the rest of the ingredients and place in a
saucepan. Cook until thick and pour into prepared pie crust. Bake in a 375
degrees F. oven until crust is brown.

Yield: 6 servings
