Warm Pasta Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
3 large: ripe beefsteak tomatoes,
1/4 cup: fresh basil,
1 teaspoon: chopped garlic,
1/4 cup: fresh grated romano cheese,
1 cup: diced mozzarella cheese,
1/4 cup: extra virgin olive oil,
1: salt and pepper to taste,
1 lb: ziti,
Directions:
Place diced tomatoes and chopped basil, garlic, grated cheese,
mozzarella cubes, oil, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Let flavors
mingle at room temperature. Cook pasta al dente. Drain. Put the hot
pasta in a large serving bowl. Quickly toss the previous ingredients
into the pasta. (This can be done at tableside.) Serve with freshly
grate cheese and pepper on the side.
Note: When I made this dish, I heated it fully before eating. It was
much better.
