Flank Steak Western Style Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb: flank steak,
1/2 cup: oil,
2 tablespoon: lemon juice,
1/2 teaspoon: celery salt,
1/2 teaspoon: black pepper,
1/2 teaspoon: onion powder,
1 teaspoon: seasoned salt,
2 centiliter: garlic, minced,
Directions:
Put steak in a shallow dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour
over steak, covering the entire surface. Refrigerate overnight.
Grill 4 inches over hot coals for 15 to 20 minutes, turning once and
basting often with marinade sauce.
Carve into thin slices against the grain.
