Ingredients:
1 quart: milk,
1/2 cup: butter (or marg.),
16 oz: salmon, drained, bones removed, a
1/2 cup: milk,
1/4 cup: flour, all-purpose,
1: salt, to taste
1: pepper, to taste

Directions:
Combine 1 quart milk and butter in a Dutch oven; place over medium
heat until butter melts. Stir in salmon.

Combine 1/2 cup milk and flour, blending until smooth; add to salmon
mixture, stirring well. Bring to a boil; lover heat. Add salt and
pepper; simmer 5 minutes.
