Crockpot Vegetable Beef Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
2 lb: beef shanks, oxtails,,
1: or short ribs,
1 can: tomatoes (16 oz.),
2: carrots, sliced
3: celery stalks with tops sliced,
2 medium: onions, diced
2 medium: potatoes, diced water
1 teaspoon: salt,
1/2 teaspoon: pepper,
3: beef bouillon cubes,
1 pkg: (10 oz.) frozen mixed,
1: vegetables, peas,,
1: or lima beans,

Directions:
Put all ingredients in crockpot. Cover and cook on LOW for 12 to 24 hours.
Add frozen vegetabkes during the last 2 to 3 hours.

Yield: 6 servings
