Ingredients:
8: potatoes*,
1: onion, chopped,
4: carrots,peeled and sliced,
2 stalks: celery, sliced,
4: chicken bouillon cubes,
1 tablespoon: parsley flakes,
5 cup: water,
1/3 cup: butter or margarine,
1: ham - cubed to taste,
13 oz: can evaporated milk,
Directions:
*Peel & cut potastoes into bite-sized pieces. Put all ingredients except
evaporated milk in crock pot. Cover and cook 10 to 12 hours. Stir in
evaporated milk during last hour. Add flour to thicken, if desired. This is
