Pops Ham And Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients:
4: potatoes, baking or 5 ea
1/4 cup: butter or margarine,
1/4 cup: flour,
1/2 teaspoon: salt,
2 cup: milk,
1/2 teaspoon: worcestershire sauce,
2 cup: ham, cooked,cut in chunks
1/2 cup: cheddar cheese, grated
Directions:
Wash potatoes; drain but do not dry. Place in slow cooker pot. Cover and
cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Cool slightly. Peel and slice. In saucepan,
melt butter, add flour and salt, stirring until blended. Slowly add milk,
stirring constantly. Cook several minutes until thick and smooth. Stir in
worcheshire sauce, then potatoes and ham, Spoon into 1 1/2 quart baking
dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Heat in 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
Makes 4 to 5 servings. Potatoes may be refrigerated overnight and recipe
