Ingredients:

HOFFMANS CROCKERY FAVORITES---
1 large: red or green bell pepper, seeded, chopped
1 large: onion, chopped
1 medium: tomatoes, chopped
1 cup: celery, chopped
1 centiliter: garlic, crushed
2 tablespoon: fresh parsley, minced
2 teaspoon: fresh thyme leaves,
2 teaspoon: fresh oregano leaves,
1/8 teaspoon: cayenne,
1/2 teaspoon: salt,
4 oz: smoked sausage, chopped
8 oz: chicken breast, skinned, boned, chopped
2 cup: beef broth or bouillon,
1/2 lb: cooked shrimp, shelled, halved lengthwis
1 cup: cooked rice,

Directions:
In slowcooker; combine all ingredients except shrimp and rice. Cover and
cook on LOW 9 to 10 hrs. Turn slowcooker on HIGH; add cooked shrimp and
cooked rice. Cover; cook on HIGH 20 to 30 mins. Makes 7 to 8 servings.
