Texas Bbq Beef And Beans Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup: onions, chopped,
8 oz: can tomato sauce,
1/2 cup: salsa, mild or medium,
2 tablespoon: cider vinegar,
1 1/2 tablespoon: brown sugar,
1 tablespoon: chili powder,
2 teaspoon: worcestershire sauce,
1/4 teaspoon: black pepper,
1 lb: beef round,cut into strips,
2: gloves garlic,
3 lb: kidney beans*,
Directions:
*Use 3 one pound cans beans, drained. Trim fat from beef and cut into
narrow strips. In the crock pot, stir together all ingredients EXCEPT beef,
beans and garlic. Then add the meat, garlic and beans. Cover, turn on to
HIGH 1 hour. Reduce to LOW and continue to cook, covered for 5-6 hours.
