All-purpose Chili Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Red chili peppers, washed &, dried
2 cup: Rice vinegar,
1/2 cup: Sugar,
1/3 cup: Salt,
1/3 cup: Sake,
1 cup: Garlic cloves, peeled

Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor & blend until a
thick paste is formed.

Use to add some pizzazz to stir-fries.
