Ingredients:
1/2 lbs: Flour,
4 ounce: Castor sugar,
1: Egg,
4 ounce: Lard,
1 tsp: Baking powder,
Pinch salt,

Directions:
SLAPAN SIR FON Rub the fat into the flour and add the other dry
ingredients. Beat the egg lightly and add with enough milk to make a
soft rolling consistency. Bake spoons- ful of the mixture on a
greased griddle.
