1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/2 cup: Boiling water,
1/2 cup: Whipping cream,
1 tbsp: Butter,
1 tsp: Baking powder,
Directions:
Combine cornmeal and salt; add boiling water and stir
well. Add remaining ingredients. Drop mixture by
tablespoonfuls onto a greased griddle. Bake at 450 for
15 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
