Kentucky Kernels Recipe

Ingredients:
4 tbsp: Butter, 1/2 Stick
1 Box: of Powdered Sugar,
1/3 cup: Bourbon,
1 cup: Pecans, chopped
Directions:
Cream butter by hand. By hand, alternately blend in
powdered sugar and bourbon. DO NOT USE MIXER. Fold
in pecans. Drop by 2/3 teaspoonful onto wax-paper
lined cookie sheets. Cover with wax paper. Refrigerate
until set. Cover and store in refrigerator.
