Key Lime Pie 4 Recipe

Ingredients:
2 package: , (4-serving size each) Or
1 package: , (8-serving size) JELL-O
Brand Lime Flavor Gelatin,
2 cup: Boiling water,
2 tsp: Grated lime peel,
1/4 cup: Lime juice,
1 pint: Vanilla ice cream, softened
1: Packaged Graham Cracker,
Crumb Crust,
COOL WHIP Non-Dairy Whipped,
Topping, thawed, optional

Directions:
Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add lime
peel and juice. Spoon in ice-cream, stirring until
melted and smooth. Chill until mixture will mound from
spoon. Spoon gelatin mixture into crust. Chill until
firm, about 2 hours. Garnish with whipped topping, if
desired.

Preparation Time: 15 minutes Chilling Time: 2 hours
