Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup: Kidney beans, cooked
1 each: Garlic clove,
1/2 tsp: Cumin seeds,
1/2 tsp: Tabasco sauce,
1/2 tbsp: Cider vinegar,
2 tbsp: Water,
2 tbsp: Fresh cilantro or parsley,

Directions:

Place all the ingredients in a food processor or
