3 cup: Matzoh farfel,
5: Eggs, separated
4 tbsp: Sugar,
1 tbsp: Cinnamon,
1 tbsp: Salt,
1 Stick: melted margarine,
2 cup: Apple sauce,
1 can: Crushed pineapple,
Directions:
Wet farfel. Beat yolks, salt, sugar, and margarine. Mix with farfel.
Add applesauce, pineapple, cinnamon. Beat whites until stiff. Fold in
with other. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40
minutes.
