Apricot-pecan Loaf Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Flour,
1 1/4 cup: Sugar,
1 1/2 tsp: Baking powder,
1/2 tsp: Soda,
1 tsp: Salt,
1: Egg,
2 tbsp: Cooking oil,
3/4 cup: Apricot nectar,
2 cup: Dried apricots, chopped
1/2 cup: Pecans, chopped

Directions:
Apricot-Pecan Loaf

Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, & salt. Add egg,
oil, & apricot nectar & blend well. Add apricots & pecans. Put into
greased loaf pan & bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour. Cool & slice.

10 servings.
