Artichokes A La Grecque Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Water,
1 package: , (10 oz.) of frozen artichokes
3 tbsp: Lemon juice,
1/4 cup: Olive oil,
3: Peppercorns,
1 pinch: Thyme,
1 pinch: Fennel seed,
1 pinch: Coriander seed,
1 small: Bay leaf,

Directions:
1. In a large, heavy skillet, cook artichokes in boiling water for 5
minutes. Add all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cover and
simmer for 20 minutes.

2. Cool in cooking liquid. Serve artichokes with 4 tbsp of this
liquid.
