Avocado Curry Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
2: Avocados, peeled and cubed
2 1/2 cup: Chicken stock,
1 tsp: Curry powder,
Salt to taste,
White pepper to taste,
1/2 cup: Whipping cream,
Directions:
Blend the avocados with 1 cup of the chicken stock in a food processor
until smooth. Stir in the remaining stock and the remaining
ingredients. Chill. Garnish with sliced or cubed avocados when ready
