Lemon Bread Abm Recipe

Ingredients:
1 package: Yeast,
3 cup: Flour, bread
1/4 cup: Sugar,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/4 cup: Butter, room temperature
3/4 cup: Milk, scalded
1: Egg + 1 yolk, room temp.
1/4 tsp: Lemon extract,
2 tsp: Dried or freshly grated lemon peel,
Directions:
Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in
order. Set "baking control" at 10 oclock. Select "white bread" and
push Start.
In hot & humid weather, use 1/8 c less water.
