1 tsp: Lemon peel, grated
1 tbsp: Oil,
2 tbsp: Sugar,
2: Lemon juice, from 2 lemons
6 tbsp: Water,
1 tsp: Cornstarch,
Directions:
saute peel in oil add sugar juice of 2 lemons mix cornstarch with
water and add to mixture cook over medium heat till smooth and thick
this is excellent with chicken.
