Lemon-herbed Steak Recipe

Ingredients:
2: Beef top loin steaks, (boneless), cut 1" thick (approx. 1/2 lb each)
Salt,

SEASONINGS
1 large: Garlic clove, crushed
1 tsp: Grated lemon peel,
1/2 tsp: Dried thyme leaves,
1/4 tsp: Pepper,

Directions:
Preparation time: 25 minutes

1. In small bowl, combine seasoning ingredients; press into both
sides of beef steaks.

2. Place steaks on grid over medium ash-covered coals. Grill
uncovered 16 to 18 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness,
turning occasionally.

3. Trim fat from steaks. Carve steaks crosswise into thick slices;
season with salt, as desired, and serve with vegetables.
