Lentil Salad 2 Recipe

1/2 lbs: Lentils, cooked
1: Onion, diced
1 Clove: garlic, pressed
3 cup: White wine,
1 tbsp: Basil,
1/2 tsp: Thyme,
4 tbsp: Parsley,
1 tbsp: Lemon juice,
4 tbsp: Oil,
2: Tomato wedges,
1/2 Head: iceberg lettuce,
Washed,
Directions:
Combine lentils, onion, garlic, and wine; simmer 3 minutes. Remove
from heat; add remaining ingredients. Chill and serve on lettuce
leaves.
