Light Alfredo Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
12 ounce: Milk, canned skim
1/4 cup: Flour,
1 1/4 cup: Stock, chicken
1/2 cup: Cheese, Parmesan, grated
1/8 tsp: Pepper, black
Directions:
Gradually blend milk into flour; stir in broth. Cook over medium
heat, stirring constantly, until hot. Blend in cheese and pepper.
