Light Ranch Dressing Recipe

1 tbsp: Finely chopped parsley OR,
1 tsp: Dried flakes,
2 Cloves: garlic, minced
3/4 tsp: Onion powder,
1/2 tsp: Dried basil, crushed
1/4 tsp: Celery seed,
1/4 tsp: Pepper,
1/4 tsp: White wine vinegar,
1/8 tsp: Salt,
Directions:
Combine ingredients and refrigerate.
