Light Whole Wheat Bread (abm) Recipe

1 1/8 cup: Water,
1 cup: Whole Wheat Flour,
2 cup: Unbleached White Flour,
1 1/2 tbsp: Non-fat Dry Milk, optional
1 1/2 tbsp: Sugar,
1 1/2 tsp: Salt,
2 tsp: Active Dry Yeast,
Directions:
This is my basic recipe. It never goes wrong, raises well, and my
SO who is not very excited about 100% WW loves it.
Use Whole Wheat mode. Timer ok.
