Lime-ginger Vinaigrette Recipe

3 tbsp: Juice from one lime,
1 1/2 tsp: Minced or grated ginger,
1 tsp: Dried coriander seeds,
Crushed,
1/4 tsp: Crushed red pepper flakes,
1 tbsp: Vietnamese fish sauce,

1 tbsp: Chopped fresh basil,
1 tbsp: Chopped fresh cilantro,
1/3 cup: Canola oil,
Salt and ground black pepper,
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients in small bowl; let stand for 15 minutes.
Whisk in next 4 ingredients, then the oil. Season to taste with sale
and pepper. Let stand for 1 hour before serving.
