Ingredients:
10 lbs: Avacados, about 20
3/4 lbs: Black Olives, chopped 3 cups
1/2 cup: Green onion, sliced
3/4 cup: Lime juice,
1/2 cup: Salsa,
1 1/2 tbsp: Salt, to taste

Directions:
Mash avacados. Combine rest of ingredients. Add additional Salsa or
seasonings as desired. Makes 1 gallon
