Baked Chicken Breast Supreme Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: NF sour cream,
1/4 cup: Lemon juice,
4 tsp: Worcestershire sauce,
4 tsp: Celery salt,
2 tsp: Paprika,
4 Cloves: garlic, finely chopped
4 tsp: Salt,
1/2 tsp: Pepper,
6 each: Chicken breasts, skinless, boneless
1 3/4 cup: Bread crumbs,
1/4 cup: Butter, melted
1/4 cup: Shortening, melted
Directions:
1. In large bowl, combine first 8 ingredients. Add chicken, turning
to coat. Store, covered, in fridge overnight.
2. Remove chicken from marinade (dont leave too much) and roll in
crumbs. Lay in single layer in shallow baking pan.
3. Spoon half of butter and shortening on top and bake at 350F for 45
mins. Spoon rest of butter mixture over and bake 15 mins until
tender and nicely browned.
