Baked Ducks In Sweet & Sour Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
2: Wild ducks,
1: Orange [sliced],
1: Apple [sliced],
2 tbsp: Oil,
2 tbsp: Brown sugar,
1/4 cup: Worchestershire sauce,
3/4 cup: Catsup,
2 tbsp: Lemon Juice,
1/2 cup: Onion [grated],
1/2 tsp: Paprika,
1/4 cup: White vinegar,
Directions:
1) Rince the ducks and pat dry inside and out, then stuff the
ducks cavities with the sliced fruit. rub them with the oil and
place them in a baking dish... 2) Combine the remaining ingredients
in a bowl mixing well and spoon over the ducks... 3) Bake, tighly
sealed with foil, in a 325
oven for 2 hours or `til tender, then
bake uncovered `til browned...
