Barbecued Cube Steak Recipe

Ingredients:
4 lbs: Cubed steak,
1/4 cup: Flour seasoned with,
Salt and pepper,
3 tbsp: Fat,
1 medium: Onion,
1/8 tsp: Pepper,
1 tbsp: Vinegar,
2 tbsp: Lemon juice,
1/2 cup: Catsup,
2 tbsp: Worcestershire sauce,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/2 cup: , Water
1 tbsp: Brown sugar,

Directions:
Flour and season steak and brown in fat. Add chopped onion, brown
lightly. Mix ingredients, pour over steak. Cover slightly. Cook
slowly 35 minutes, or until steak is tender.
