Basic French Vinaigrette Recipe

Ingredients:
2 tbsp: White-wine vinegar or fresh lemon juice,
1/2 tsp: Dijon-style mustard,
1/3 cup: Olive oil,
Salt and pepper to taste,

Directions:
In a bowl whisk together the vinegar, the mustard, and salt and
pepper to taste, add the oil in a stream, whisking, and whisk the
vinaigrette until it is emulsified. Makes about 1/2 cup.
