Mackerel Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
12 ounce: Ready-to-eat smoked-Mackerel fillets, fresh or frozen, skinned and cubed.
10 ounce: Small New Potatoes, Scrubbed quartered, cooked and cooled
2: Celery Stalks, trimmed and thinly sliced
1/4 pint: Reduced-Calorie Thousand Island Dressing,
Chopped Fresh Chives to Garnish,

Directions:
In a large bowl, combine smoked-mackerel fillets, cookeed potatoes,
celery and dressing. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with
chopped chives.
