Maple Walnut Squares Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup: Flour,
1/4 cup: Brown sugar,
1/2 cup: Butter,
1 cup: Maple syrup,
1/3 cup: Maple sugar,
1/3 cup: Brown sugar,
2 each: Eggs, beaten
2 tbsp: Flour,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
1/2 tsp: Vanilla,
1 cup: Walnuts, chopped
Directions:
Combine flour, 1/4 cup sugar and butter in bowl. With fork, mix until
consistency of fine corn meal. Press mix into greased 9 x 13" pan.
Bake at 350
for 15 minutes. Combine sugars and syrup in small
saucepan. Simmer 5 minutes. Pour over beaten eggs, stirring
constantly. Stir in remaining ingredients, except nuts. Pour mix over
baked crust. Sprinkle with nuts and bake at 350
for 20 - 25 minutes.
