1/4 cup: Soy sauce,
2 tbsp: Water,
1 tbsp: Lemon juice,
1 tbsp: Vegetable oil,
1 tsp: Packed brown sugar,
1/4 tsp: Coarsely ground pepper,
1 Clove: garlic, minced

Directions:

Mix all ingredients. Makes about 1/2 cup.
