Ingredients:
1/4 cup: Lime juice,
2 tbsp: Vegetable oil,
2 tbsp: Tequila or lime juice,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/2 tsp: Ground cumin,
1/2 tsp: Ground red pepper, cayenne
2 Cloves: garlic, minced

Directions:

Mix all ingredients. Makes about 1/2 cup.
