Beef Nacho Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Ground beef,
12 ounce: Chunky salsa, 1 jar
1 cup: Sweet corn,
3/4 cup: Mircale Whip, R
1 tbsp: Chili powder,
2 cup: Tortilla chips, crushed
2 cup: Colby/Monterey Jack cheese,
Directions:
1>. Heat oven to 350
F. Brown meat; drain. Stir in salsa, corn,
Miracle Whip(R) and chili powder. 2>. Layer 1/2 meat mixture, chips
and cheese in 2-quart casserole. Repeat layers. 3>. Bake 20 minutes
or until thoroughly heated. Top with shredded lettuce and chopped
tomato, if desired.
