Beef Pastry Pockets Recipe

Ingredients:
3/4 lbs: Ground beef, browned,
Drained and cooled,
1 1/2 cup: Shredded cheddar cheese,
3/4 cup: Cottage cheese,
2: Eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 tsp: Pepper,
1 carton: Frozen puff pastry, thawed
And cut into 5" squares,

Directions:
Combine filling ingredients. In center of squares, put a heaping 1/3
cupful of filling; moisten edges of pastry with water, fold over to
form triangles; press with fork to seal.

Bake at 400F. aabout 20 minutes or until golden brown.
