Beef Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 cup: Red wine vinegar,
1/4 cup: Water,
2 tbsp: Lemon juice,
2 tbsp: Sugar,
1/4 tsp: Dill weed,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1 dash: White pepper,
3 cup: Julienne cut cold roast beef,
1 small: Onion, thinly sliced
8 cup: Torn salad greens,
1 cup: Sour cream,
Directions:
Simmer vinegar, water, lemon juice, sugar, dill weed, salt and white
pepper 10 to 15 minutes. Cool. Toss with beef and onion. Chill.
Drain, reserving marinade. Place greens in bowl. Top with beef and
onion. Combine sour cream with reserved marinade. Toss with greens
and beef.
