Beer Cheese Bread (eddy) Recipe

Ingredients:
-LYMAN EDDY, HKDS25A
1 package: Yeast,
3 cup: Bread flour,
1 tbsp: Sugar,
1 1/2 tsp: Salt,
1 tbsp: Butter,
10 ounce: Beer, flat
4 ounce: American cheese,
4 ounce: Jack cheese, cut in 1/4" cu
Directions:
Warm beer and American cheese over low heat on top of stove or in
microwave. Cheese doesnt need to melt completely. STIR. Add all
ingredients in the order listed if you are using a home type automatic
baking machine. Youll want to start making your second batch before
you taste the first loaf...youll want more, soon, like yesterday...
